Palazzo Bonclerici

Are you searching for rentals and good ideas for your vacation in Le Marche? Palazzo Bonclerici is the historical house with rental apartments for holidays in the centre of Cagli (Pesaro e Urbino), in the north of Le Marche region, Italy. The two apartments to rent, Garden and Square, share a large backyard garden, equipped with plastic beds, chairs and tables: the garden is for the guests of the Bonclerici House a green oasis in the historical centre of Cagli, the only one where it is possible to relax, sun-bath and have meals in a private area a few steps away from the main square and the monuments of the town.
Cosily furnished and elegant, and equipped with complete and independent kitchen, dining room with satellite tv, independent bathroom with shower, washing machine, each self-catering apartment to rent in the residence can sleep up to 4 persons. In the picture on the right side there is the view of the two apartments from the garden. Upstairs there is the Square apartment, equipped with two bedrooms and a second bathroom. Downstairs there is the Garden apartment, with large doors in both the living room and bedroom opening directly into the garden reserved for guests. Access to the apartments is very easy: the apartments Square and Garden are on one floor and have independent doors at street level, with just one or two steps to climb.

Renting an apartment it is possible to ask for the exclusive use of the garden. To relax and to enjoy your privacy. Ask for that on your e-mail.

Why searching for accommodation in Cagli? Home made guides and detailed maps with all the information about what to see and what to do in Cagli or in the nearby cities in Le Marche (such as Urbino) or Umbria (Assisi, Gubbio and Perugia are 1 hour, or less, away) are available in the apartments of Bonclerici House to help guests to find the best opportunities for their stay: cultural events, natural attractions and recommended itineraries to discover the typical delicacies of the local cuisine (truffles, home made pasta, crescia..), wines, and all the historical and architectural delights. For a stay in this part of Italy full of interests and opportunities, special prices have been arranged with local clubs for the guests of Bonclerici House for tennis, cycling, swimming and horseback riding; special prices are also available, upon request, for renting cars and bicycles.

The magnificent scenery of the centre of Cagli and the fascinating examples of the Roman origins of the town (see Ponte Mallio, intact after two thousand years) and of its medieval, baroque and 19th century architecture and arts, together with the natural treasures of the region (remember the Furlo Gorge and its natural reserve; then the Adriatic Coast, about 50 kilometres away, or the Frasassi caves), make this area, in the foothills of Le Marche Apennines, the favourite destination for families and groups searching for a tranquil and healthy place, traditions, as well as amazing events during their stay.

All these values make also Cagli and the nearby villages the ideal choice for the so called slow tourism. And Cagli is the ideal cradle for visiting the area: just little trips (10-15 kilometres away) are necessary to visit the nicest historical villages in the north of Le Marche (or the Marches, as somebody calls the region) and then come back to the monumental square of Cagli for a gelato, a coffee or a glass of wine at a table outside a cafe. The truffle fairs in Acqualagna and Sant’Angelo in Vado (October-November), the food and wine itineraries and all the typical delicacies are the real treasure of this area not commercially exploited, and so authentic and cheap, where it is possible to try the real italian lifestyle.
